Setting Up Your Profile

As a first step of becoming a part of the Level Up Atlanta community, you’re going to want to get your profile setup. Read this post for instructions on getting your profile setup.


Profile photo

Add a profile photo to your account by navigating to the My Profile tab within the My Account menu and click on the three-dots icon located above (and to the right) of your profile image.

When you click this option, you will be prompted to select “edit profile.”

From here, you can select the camera icon, which will allow you to add a new photo to your profile.

Make Profile Visible

Through the Community Portal, you can discover, meet, and connect with other members of the Level Up community. If you did not select "Show my profile in the Community Portal" when you originally signed up, you can navigate to the My Profile tab within the My Account menu and, below your profile image and name, you should select Make Profile Public or Join the community.

Displaying your profile in the Community Portal is a great way to network with peers in the industry, within your profession, and even other fields.


Updated Contact Information

From the My Account page, you’ll be able to update all of your contact information such as phone number, address, and contact email. Be sure to keep this information up to date for account security, receiving communications, and securing any products purchased.


Add a bio

From the My Profile page, you have the option to add a short bio in the field “share something about yourself.” This is a great opportunity to let members of the community know about who you are, your interest, profession, or any other relevant details you’d like to share. We strongly suggest keeping this brief.
